1. Any Shiur or part of a shiur is strictly prohibited to be distributed in any mean or form to anybody.
2. It is strictly prohibited for a Gemach or Library to sell or lend the Shiurim of Uvlechtechu Baderech, but to play it in public is permited.
3. The given filename or any File Tag may not be removed, but to add more info is allowed.

On Only the following Conditions we permit duplicate a shiur/im only for Yourself:

1. Only the Puchaser is permited to store up the Shiruim on seperate devices such as an "iPod" or any other backup storage device for temselves, or for an household member only.
